Report Card from School

She is doing much better with her Broken Hand, I mean she is feeling much better now. We got her Report Card from School Yesterday and looks like she did great for past half year, She is good in all field but need more practice in Writing and assorting things and holding things. It was great to see her teacher and get updates on her. I am still more worried about her writing skill as she can't write in one line, when I showed  my concern to her teacher, she say's I am just worrying more for that, she should be all good by next year. Her teacher once again told me, not to bother her at home for writing, if she is doing her own, that's fine. she insist me to play and take her for walk and in malls around. It’s so true that having a child around makes life a lot different and I am Enjoying with my little one.

Shouting and Screaming at Home

Ananyaa never allows any of us to shout at each other, she is our little judge to decide if we need to fight or not. Sometime it happens that me and her grandma is talking only, but just to prove our point me or she raised voice and Ananyaa will come and tell us, don't fight, talk gentle. be quite. sometimes she becomes my Mom and Scold me, mumma kem baa ne khijai chee..and some she becomes grand ma to her Baa and say her, Don't fight with my mom ...Ok...and we use to laugh quitly, as we do so in front of her, she don't like that. 

When me and Rit's fight, she will say, Mummy/ Daddy don't scream Be Happy, talk nicely and there we go we often get melted away on listening her, and stop fighting. We try to avoid fighting in front of her, but sometimes it just happen. She don't like loud voice or if someone is raising voice on her. When she cries sometimes for noting, Daddy use to be mad on her n me as well and she will start crying more, as she can't handle that raised voice pressure. Ananyaa is very emotional like me, she loves everyone around her and her toys too.

T.V Fights between all of us...

Ananyaa is watching TV more this day's, I can blame it on Weather as it's too cold to go outside and 2nd thing her Elbow Fracture. She always want to watch her cartoons that she won't allow us to watch news as well. It's always fight to switch channel on T.V. Everything comes for her with an Excuse me Please or "Please" or Can I have this Please" or Can I do this Please" etc etc. basically requesting tone in her voice with word Please that we cannot deny for anything to her.

Grand Ma has to always deal with her to watch her show. She will put condition on Ananyaa,  after one hour it's mine turn and then your Mommy's turn, and without arguing Ananyaa will agree to her and when Grandma turns comes, it's always an fight. Grandma and sometimes me too use to say her, if you won't allow us to watch, we will leave to neighbor's  place and we pretend to leave from home wearing slippers and there she come, no baa, no baa...don't go, u can watch your  TV.

Sometimes TV is just ON and we all are busy doing something and she will come to us first without touching remote and ask one of us, no one is watching TV, so can I watch mine and we happily agree to her. But I tell you this days it's too much TV time going on at home, besides playing and painting and crafting, and we all are pampering her as we are worried that she might not get in any trouble with her Fracture hand back again.

She has a plaster in her left hand, still she is so naught at home doing mischievous things. These days we never leave her alone, me, her baa or Daddy any one of us is always with her. and in School her class teacher Ms. Barttlet. She is so helpful to us for taking care of Ananyaa in School. I was so worried that she might be not attending her school after she got cast in her hand, but when her teacher came to know, she told me that we can send her to school as soon as Ananyaa is feeling better. They will take care of her and we just have to Drop her and Pick up from school on time. and that what we are doing these days.

Bad Day Ever for Her and for Us

Ya...she got fall down from Chair and Broke her Elbow on 16th January. We are in Pain seeing her in Pain. My little baby is in Cast right now, as she got Minor fracture in her Elbow. Hope she will recover soon.

Last Monday on 16, Jan, she fall down and she was in pain that we cannot see her crying, and today she is feeling better and running around and it's big deal at home to take care of her. Yesterday morning I find her sleeping on her broken elbow with plaster and I was so worried. later I find from someone, that it's completely OK if she feels comfortable. We didn't send her School for this week, though she was insisting to go for it. she might join school back from coming Monday. Her Teacher assure me that she will take care of her.

It's Friday Today and she had Specialist Pediatric Orthopedic appointment Today. She went hospital with Daddy and she got new cast. they just changed her plaster. Just spoke to Daddy and with her and they are back to Home.

It's so much Painful for us to see her like that. My heart was broken that day & I was crying lot, She was so happy that day as we planed to go for her fav movie, "Beauty and the Beast" with his friend and unfortunately we end up taking her to hospital in emergency.They made us wait for Doc. She was getting more fuzzy and Daddy was trying to cheer her, making her laugh, and telling her story about him, how he fall down in his childhood. She was crying and smiling at same time, that makes me more cry. I can see Rit's pain, I was knowing very well, what he is going through, but as it say's My Dad is Strongest, he proved that. He didn't lose his emotions in front of her, though he was all broke down afterwards.

Counting and Singing with Ananyaa...

Ananyaa was having more intrest in writing and Painting and Drawing pitcure etc, but I never thought she will show interest in Counting so soon. 2 days before I was off to work and so as Daddy, we were at home and I was Counting with her 1, 2, 3, 4...I was expecting to count her till 20 or 25, but she gave me surprise. She was keep going on 26, 27, 28  till 100 and she know after 100 too. and that was a Big surprise for me. I know she don't know writing. but I am happy to learn that day that she knows counting till 100. She also knows reverse counting from 12 to 1. When we play Hide and Sick, she counts and gives me enough time to hide and I tell you she is very smart in finding me. She usually hides behind curtains or in washroom or near by Fridge. Most of the time I know where she is and still pretend I don't know and use to find her different places and she loves that. She enjoys playing Doctor & Patient with Daddy, She always become Doctor and then she will check daddy's stomach with her doctor's toy's kit, and also do Operation. and give medicine as her small m & m chocolates and that's so cute of her to do so.

She can sing so many hindi movies songs. She loves songs since she was very little and now she is 4, she use to sing Bahara Bahara, Hua Dil Pehali Bar Re " that was her first fav one and then Tere Naina, Tere Naina, Tere Naina Re, and Tere mast Mast Do Naine and All is Well and then Munni Badnam Hui and Shila ki Jawani and Now these days Ohh Laa Laa Ohh Laa, and Will u be my Chamak Challo.

She can also sing so many Poems and rhymes which she learns from School and some at home while watching her Cartoons or Cd's at home. which are now countless these days, and I am so surprised to see her sing and dancing too. She loves singing and same way she loves Dancing as well. She like to do Belle dance, which she want to add in all her songs. I was thinking to start her dance class but I guess not in winter, may be will be doing so in spring, as it's very hard for Mommy to drop her and pick her these days.

 She is still a daddy’s girl except bedtime. When Daddy is Home, she is all his Girl, Complaining about mommy does this today too me, Baa did shout on me etc., etc. During night she prefers to have Grandmaa around. She don't want to sleep with me in my bedroom. She will be with Mommy till T.V Time and Story Time, after that she want Granny.

She is watching a lot of TV when she is at home; blame it on the weather or our busy schedules. I know that with the help of her grand Maa I can still do it, but some how I am feeling too tired and I can't give enough time, Which I guess I should be doing so for her School work. Earlier she used to just watch Dora and toopy n Binu and Max & Ruby and Caillou on Tree House. Now she watches My Big Big Friends, Cat in the Hat, Curious Geroge, My Little Ponny and all Princess Movie and so many more. We started visit to Library and Ananyaa gets to select her books and DVDs. She is growing with her own choices. This time she got her own Library Card and she is very Happy to have that. When we came back home, she was showing her card to Daddy and Baa and Everyone else who is visiting home that day.

We had a Good Christmas Weekend and Great New Year Eve too. She did enjoyed her winter break missing her school friends so much all the time. She went to Chucky Cheese on Kavi's B'day and we also went to watch Movie Alvin and the Chipmunks were we enjoyed most.
Ananyaa is Happy to go back to School after Winter Break.

Ananyaa is so Fascinated to Fairy tales and Princess these days and her Favorite one is Cinderella. She thinks herself as a Princess, and so we upgraded her to Princess Cup, Plate, Spoon, Hairpins and Underwear etc. etc. like we did it for DORA when she was 2. It's was her B'day and she demanded for Cinderella Princess Party and she want to dressed same like her with Lighted slipper sandal too. I was very sick and for a day or two I dropped idea for her 4th B'day party. Later I was feeling so bad to do so and I planed her Cinderella Princess party for her with School Friends and Neighborhood friends. It was little rush to do so in last 2 day's but with help of Friend next door, it was all possible to do so, and I thank you to her from bottom of my heart. 


Me and Ritesh both were so Happy and overwhelmed to see her all dressed up in Cinderella Dress, with Blue lighted Slipper and Blue Crown and Tiara. She was really looking like a Princess. I know that one day she will find her Princes and go away from us, but she is and always will be our Little Princess.
